A new program called "Digital Wisconsin" is changing the old ways of using text books to using online multimedia resources.

Teachers from Chippewa Falls, Medford, and several other school districts took part in a week-long workshop to learn the new program. It includes nine hours of instructional programming, 200 video clips addressing specific topics, CD-ROMs and 37 teacher guides.

Beginning this fall, teachers and their students will be able to use the Digital Wisconsin in computer labs and classrooms. The program is funded through a state grant.
