The company says it extended the revolving credit agreement by four years.

He says the agreement gives the company better borrowing terms and increased flexibility.
ShopKo operates 359 stores in 23 states throughout the Midwest, Western Mountain states and Pacific Northwest. Those include 141 ShopKo stores 218 Pamida stores.
