For the first time since March 24, one of the busiest stretches of 41 is totally open.
The $10 million Titletown road repair project caused traffic headaches because there was only one lane open in each direction.
Transportation Secretary Frank Busalacchi was on hand to open the highway today. He says the priority was to finish the project by the first Packers home game August 23.
