A farm accident in Chippewa County kills a 55-year-old man.

Officials say Michael Johnson of New Auburn was loading grain for a feed service at a farm in the town of Auburn when the accident happened Wednesday morning.

The coroner says the man's clothing got tangled in the power train of the conveyor belt and he pulled into the machine.

Officials say other workers ran to turn off the tractor and freed him, but he was rushed to a nearby hospital where he was pronounced dead.
