OSSEO, Wis. (AP) -- Authorities in western Wisconsin say a grass fire burned nearly 100 acres just southeast of Osseo. No one was hurt.

Strum fire authorities say the fire started Friday afternoon when a homeowner was burning garbage.

Firefighting efforts were hampered by property fences throughout the area. Still, fire crews managed to put out the flames within an hour.
