Local high school students from D.C. Everest High School perform in what they refer to as the "Clown Troupe." They send out an anti-drug message in a creative way through telling stories, performing tricks, and skits.

The clowns consider themselves positive role models in the community.

"We hope that they look up to us and see that they can turn out as role models in high school,"" says high school senior Lindsey Walstrom.

The Clown Troupe's first performance of the year took place Thursday morning at Weston Elementary School.
