4 Arrested in Crandon Drug Bust

The Forest County Sheriff's Department said officers seized more than 3 lbs. Of marijuana, 22 grams of bath salts, vicodin pills and drug paraphernalia during a drug bust September 12.

The sheriff's department said in a news release they received information from a police department in California that a suspicious package was mailed to a home located on Highway 55 in Crandon.

The Forest County Narcotics Task Force and the North Central Dug Enforcement Group along with officers from the Vilas County Sheriff's Department executed a search warrant and arrested Cole Soman, 19; Brian Randall, 21; April McGeshick, 52; and Maria Mascorro, 39.

The sheriff's department said the charges range from possession of THC with the intent to distribute, possession of THC, possession of a scheduled II narcotic, maintaining a drug trafficking place and possession of drug paraphernalia.
