The People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals are being accused of false advertising in Wisconsin. PETA's Milk Sucks Campaign is targeted towards kids and college students.
The group claims drinking milk can lead to cancer, heart disease, and can even cause osteoporosis. Rep. Scott Suder says that is false advertising.
Suder wants the legal division of Consumer Protection to go after PETA and shut down their ad campaign.
A PETA spokesman says their claims are based on scientific evidence from a Harvard Medical School study.
