NEW INFO: Rep. Suder's Former Live-In Girlfriend Bound Over for Trial

Lisa Brabazon, the former live in girlfriend of State Representative Scott Suder, will have to stand trial on multiple forgery and credit card fraud. She's accused of using writing checks from his account and using his credit card without his permission.

Lisa Brabazon, the former live-in girlfriend of State Representative Scott Suder (R-Abbotsford) will have to stand trial.

According to online court records, Marathon County Judge Greg Grau ruled there is enough evidence for the case to move to trial after a preliminary hearing Monday morning.

Two witnesses testified.

Prosecutors say Brabazon broke into Suder's home in September of 2007, took checks and credit cards and used them without his permission.

It happened after they broke up.

She's accused of fifteen counts of forgery and four counts of fraudulent use of a credit card.

An arraignment date, where Brabazon will enter a plea, has not been set.

This woman is a lying stealing cheating untrustworthy sociopath no good piece of $#!T to society. She has made attempts at destroying innocent peoples lives with her false claims of "RAPE" She is vindictive evil and no good! I could go on and on about her. I have seen many attempting to defend her in the legal mess she has gotten herself into. It makes me sick. This woman deserves nothing less than countless years behind bars!!!

You reporters need to learn how to write what you hear. You make it sound like she wrote checks ect after they broke up. The only thing she did when she was handed a letter from a lawyer telling her the relationship was over, was go back into the place she considered home for several months. She did not even know the relationship was coming to an end, until a private investigator met her in the drive way and handed her a letter from a lawyer! Talk about disrespecting women, I've heard alot, and respecting women is not something he should be known for. Look at his history with them. Let's get a person into his seat that respects not only women, but all of us!

How can this ultra conservative in such a strong Republican district get away with living in sin? I'm not even addressing the crime that the girlfriend committed. I see the same hypocrisy with McCain cheating on his wife, Gingrich divorcing his wife while she had cancer, Giuliani bringing a mistress to the mansion while Mayor of New York, Limbaugh, when not on pain medication, having been divorced three times...this is the party of "family values"? And they say it's a moral outrage that Obama's middle name is Hussein? Just how stupid can the voters be?
