Students all over Wisconsin are speaking out against one of the governor's suggestions for solving the budget shortfall.
Doyle proposes raising tuition between 14 and 19 percent at Wisconsin universities. The governor also proposes cutting $250 million from the budget.
Students say they understand cuts have to be made, but they say they can't afford to shoulder much more of the deficit's burden. They are urging lawmakers to remember the students as state leaders debate on changes that will affect students all over the state.
