Jim Doyle says putting his first budget together as our governor was tough.
He proposed 2,900 jobs state jobs and hundreds of dollars in state funding for the Wisconsin University system to go on the chopping block.
Doyle says these cuts will be difficult, but will help build a brighter future for Wisconsin.
