The man charged with shooting Dirk Wolf in the head in broad daylight will have his preliminary hearing Friday (December 2, 2005).

It was supposed to have happened November 18, but a scheduling problem with Aaron Harvath's lawyer pushed it back.

Wolf was killed outside Skipp's Bowling Center in Stevens Point November 2.

Police found the gun a few blocks away and traced it back to Harvath through a receipt found at his apartment.

The judge will decide at Friday's hearing if there's enough proof to warrant a trial. Harvath could get life in prison if convicted.
