2-year-Old girl Dies in NE Wis. House Fire

TOWN OF AMBERG, Wis. (AP) -- Authorities have released the name of a 2-year-old girl who died in a house fire in northeastern Wisconsin.

The Marinette County sheriff's office identifies the victim as Lee-Ann Arendt of Amberg.

Authorities say the girl's mother and two sisters were able to escape the fire safely.

Dispatchers were alerted to the fire early Tuesday afternoon.

The sheriff's office and the state fire marshal are investigating the fire.
