SULLIVAN, Wis. (AP) -- The National Weather Service confirmed Monday that three more tornadoes touched down over the weekend.

Officials say tornadoes touched down Saturday in Dane, Marquette and Waukesha counties.

The twister that touched down around Stoughton registered as an EF1 on the enhanced Fujita scale near where another tornado devastated the area in August 2005. The storm had estimated winds of 100 mph and damaged homes and a church on its two-mile path.

The Waukesha County tornado stayed on the ground for just a tenth of a mile, while the EF1 twister near Endeavor caused about $300,000 worth a damage.

Two other tornadoes touched down Saturday, bringing the total to five. The most serious was an EF2 in Columbia County that caused minor injuries to five people.
