A few Weston residents may take a careful look outside before leaving their houses tomorrow morning after a bear spent some time in their neighborhood.

The black bear wandered into the neighborhood on East Neupert Avenue behind the Target in Weston. He made a few stops at some bird feeders before making himself at home in a tree.

The Everest Metro Police Department responded and said they would make sure the bear wandered off safely back into the woods.
