A Tomahawk couple faces up to 20 years in prison after a Wednesday evening fight with some teenagers.
Tom and Penny Kostruski were charged in Lincoln County court Thursday with two counts of physical abuse of a child, and Penny was also charged with disorderly conduct.
According to the criminal complaint, Penny was drunk in downtown Tomahawk Wednesday night when she ran into the 13-year-old girl. They swore at each other and began to fight.
Penny drove home and came back with her husband Tom, and they fought again with the girl and her 13-year-old friend. The fight took place in front of a large crowd of kids and people.
The couple was released on $5,000 signature bonds.
They will be back in court for their preliminary hearing after they find a lawyer.
