PULASKI, Wis. (AP) -- Ten former students at a Brown County high school could face charges related to selling prescription drugs to classmates.

A Green Bay Press-Gazette report says the Pulaski School District recently expelled nine students from Pulaski High School, and a tenth left the district. School authorities say the students were selling prescription drugs, most prescribed for attention-deficit disorder.

District Superintendent Mel Lightner says the students were working together. The group included a senior, junior, sophomore and seven freshmen.

Police are recommending charges of selling narcotics at a school. They're recommended a 17-year-old be charged as an adult.

Lighter says students came to administrators after overhearing two students talking about selling pills and splitting the profits. The administrators investigated further, and say they're confident everyone involved has been found.
