Parents of high school juniors and seniors are invited to have their questions answered about college during information sessions at the University of Wisconsin-Marathon County.
Parents Night will be held Wednesday, Feb. 27 and Thursday, Feb. 28 at 7 p.m. on the UWMC campus. Both sessions will be held in the Sonnentag Room, located in the UW Center for Civic Engagement.
Members of UWMC’s Student Services Department, along with faculty and current students, will share information and experiences about student life, the cost of college and financial aid, credit transfer, academics, support services, housing and food service and research on attending two-year versus four-year universities. Parents will also have the opportunity to tour UWMC.
The sessions are free, but advance registration is encouraged. For more details or to register, call 715-261-6235.
The UWMC is located at 518 South 7th Avenue in Wausau.
