The application deadline for the 2013 Scholarships for Military Children program is Friday, Feb. 22.
Scholarships are open to qualified dependents of U.S. military ID card holders to include active, Reserve, Guard and retired military personnel.
Applications are scored on the following criteria:
Academic achievement
Participation in school and community activities
Work experience
Essay
