Marshfield Area Elementary Principal to Receive Award in D.C.

The National Blue Ribbon Schools program has selected eight Wisconsin public schools as 2012 national award winners, including a Marshfield area elementary school.

Principal Charmaine Ulrich of Nasonville Elementary School will be presented with an award on Monday, November 12, in Washington, D.C.

To be eligible, schools must be ranked among the highest in their state or have demonstrated dramatic gains in overall student achievement in both reading and mathematics.

Nasonville Elementary is planning an assembly to mark this achievement on Friday, November 16.
