Education Fair Set for Sept. 19 & 20 at UW-Marathon County

High school students, parents and prospective adult students are invited to free education fair Wednesday and Thursday at the University of Wisconsin-Marathon County in Wausau.

According to a press release, attendees will be able to learn more about the programs of approximately 90 different post-secondary schools. No formal presentations will be held. Students and parents will be free to move around the fieldhouse, spending as much time as they wish with the individual representatives.

In addition, financial aid counselors will be present to answer questions about financial assistance that is available to students as they seek education and training beyond high school.

The event will be held in the (UWMC) Fieldhouse on Wed., Sept. 19 from 6:30 - 8:30 p.m., and Thurs., Sept. 20 from 9 - 11 a.m.
