Birnamwood Father, Daughter Release Children's Book

A Birnamwood man and his daughter have announce the release of their new book, “Emily Learns to Read.”

Authors Dr. Jonathan Cotter and his daughter, Emily said the goal of the book is to make reading fun for children.

Little Emily wants to read a bedtime story to Mommy tonight! But reading can be confusing at first. Building words from letters can be frustrating, and Emily starts to lose confidence. But after Mommy teaches Emily the colorful, fun word pictures, the lower-case letters are just like old friends!

The book is available at Amazon.com and Barnes and Noble for $8.99.
