The Wausau man accused of killing his co-worker's fiancee is expected in Marathon County Court Monday.

Raul Ponce-Roche is scheduled to learn whether there's enough evidence to send him to trial at his preliminary hearing.

The 22-year-old is currently being held on a million dollar cash bond.

He's charged with first-degree intentional homicide in the murder of 18-year-old Breanna Schneller.

Detectives say they've collected several pieces of evidence that link him to the murder, including gloves with the suspect's DNA that were recovered outside the restaurant where Ponce-Roche worked.

Authorities are still investigating to see if a second person is responsible for her death as well.
