The trial for Raul Ponce-Rocha is now set for June of next year, according to online court records.
The 22-year old Ponce-Rocha's original attorney withdrew from the case earlier this month, forcing a delay from the original February date. The will give the new lawyer from the public defenders office time to prepare.
Ponce-Rocha has pleaded not guilty to murder in the May beating death of 18-year old Breanna Schneller.
No motive has ever been made public.
