More 600 exhibits from across the country setup shop in Marathon County for the 2011 Farm Technology Days. The Seehafers of Marshfield are welcoming tens-of-thousands of visitors from across the Midwest to one of the largest outdoor farm shows in Wisconsin.

The show runs from July 12 to the 14th.

Tickets are $5 dollars for adults, kids 12 and under are free, and FFA students with an instructor also can get in free.

AgraAbility of Wisconsin:
More than 4,000 injuries occur on WI farms each year, and many result in permanent disabilities. AgraAbility of Wisconsin offers services to farmers so they are able to keep farming even after accidents or disabling conditions. Wisconsin Dairy History Project:
In collaboration with Wisconsin Institute for Public Policy and Service at UW-Marathon County, WPR will be participating in the Wisconsin Dairy History Project at the 2011 Farm Technology Days in Marshfield, WI. Through this oral history project, farmers will have a chance to share their family farm story and have it recorded by trained historians. Wisconsin Rural Women's Initiative:
The organization was established in response to the call from rural/farm women to hear their voices. The vision of the group is to provide programs for rural women that will encourage and build self-esteem, build skills for coping with change, honor their stories, among other things. Coming up in November they will be hosting a gathering in Weston for rural women in NorthCentral Wisconsin.
