Boy, 9, Dies Following ATV Accident in Lafayette Co.

A nine-year-old southern Wisconsin boy has died after an ATV accident. Authorities tell WisconsinAgConnection.com, Colin Barnes of Darlington, was driving his four-wheeler up a hill when it turned over and rolled on top of him on Monday evening.

The accident happened on his family's farm in the Town of Lamon. He was taken by Med Flight helicopter to Madison, where he died a day later.

Darlington is 20 southeast of Platteville.
