You still have time this weekend to enjoy the Cranberry Blossom Festival in Wisconsin Rapids. The festival will include tours of cranberry marshes as well as cranberry breakfasts. The event is meant to celebrate the blossom season.

Blossoming Quilt Show

Cranberry Blossom Experience Tours
10 am & 1 pm • Witter Field (8th St. S. & Apple St., Wis. Rapids)Hosted by Safeway Bus and Wisconsin State Cranberry Growers Association Board a bus to take a tour of Gaynor Cranberry Marsh and discover where those tasty red berries get their start. The tour, lead by a grower, will include a scenic drive along the Cranberry Highway, history, video and a wonderful marsh tour to witness the blossoming cranberry vines. Then it's off to the South Wood County Historical Museum for a self guided tour of their cranberry exhibit and a delicious ice cream treat with cranberry topping. Pick up/drop off at north end of Witter Field. Tour is approx 2 hours. Tickets available at festival information booth located on north end. Proceeds used directly to support the festival.
Kids Games & Activities
9 am - 3 pm • Witter Field (8th St. S. & Apple St., Wis. Rapids)Let the fun, smiles and laughter begin for kids and the young at heart. Enjoy a family-friendly day of children's games, activities and kids' silent auction. Many chances to win hundreds of prizes.
Ice Cream Social & Cranberry Exhibit
12 - 4 pm • South Wood County Historical Museum (540 3rd St. So., Wis. Rapids)Stop by for a free scoop of ice cream while enjoying the blossoming museum landscape and tour the historic cranberry and Betty Boop exhibits.
Rock the River
7 pm -11 pm • Join Southbound as they serenade Blossom Fest goers with their distinct hard-driving country sounds in Hotel Mead's west parking lot.

Cranberry Blossom Fest Parade 12:30 pm • Downtown Wisconsin RapidsParticipants and spectators will gather downtown for a parade along Grand Avenue from 11th St. to 3rd Street.
Shamrock Club of Wisconsin Right after the parade at Veterans' Park Over 20 bagpipers and drummers with color guard to perform following the Parade in Veteran Park.
