MADISON, Wis. (AP) _ Disaster aid approved for state residents after the severe storms and flooding in Wisconsin during June and July now totals more than $90 million.

Dolph Diemont of the Federal Emergency Management Agency says new applications for assistance are still coming in daily, so that total is bound to increase.

The deadline for applying is September 15th.

The total includes about $45 million in individual assistance distributed in FEMA grants for repair and replacement of storm-damaged housing and for temporary housing.

Another $35 million is in the form of low-interest disaster loans to homeowners, renters and business owners.

Thirty counties were declared disaster areas because of the storms and flooding.
