Please note: If you have having problems receiving any text alerts after you have switched mobile carriers, please perform the following to realign your mobile number within the system. 1) Text any random message to the short code, 53072. 2) If you do NOT receive a bounceback message, after doing this, please contact your carrier - this signifies a carrier issue. 3) If you DO receive a bounceback message, this signifies the system has realigned your mobile number with the system. You should begin receiving any text alerts you were receiving prior to the change. You are also free to sign into the Web form, to change your subscriptions as well. 4) If you are still having issues, after completing the steps above, please call the support line at 877.571.0774.
