To see someone lost like this is a terrible mistake. Investigations must proceed, because this man would have never walked out in front of a moving vehicle and like said in last post you would know the difference between running something over and hitting something. God Bless and please take care of all the ones hurt in this situation.

It can happen about 5 or so ears ago an uncle of mine was driving to Antigo and he was sober and not under the influence of ANYTHING and some guy that was drunk was crawling across the road and lifted his head at the last second and my uncle didn't have any time to stop, yes he did get hit and died and my uncle still has a hard time dealing with it. My uncle was only 19 when this happened. So to the person that was accusing the driver to be under the influence needs to stop accusing people of stuff like that. Accidents do happen and yes it's sad but it is the truth.

how can a person call and say I might have hit someone and he might be dead? You feel a bump thud or you drive quietly down the road. Alchohol and speed not a factor. How about dope or gold paint or meth. I have been driving ror 31 yrs. I have hit deer, a racoon and even a crow. I was stone sober each time, and knew that I hit something. I find it impossible to believe that someone stone sober would not know they hit something.
