The Wisconsin State Patrol says one of Milwaukee Police Department's 10 most wanted fugitives has been captured.

Twenty-nine-year-old Arthur Schmoller of Pewaukee was arrested during a traffic stop in Waukesha.

Online court records show Schmoller was charged in April in Waukesha County with two felony counts of manufacture and delivery of heroin and one felony count of maintaining a drug trafficking place.

The records show he was also charged in March in Milwaukee County with felony possession with intent to deliver heroin.
