Use of Neighborhood Electric Cars Approved in Janesville

Posted: 02/12/2008 - The Janesville City Council approved an ordinance that allows so-called "neighborhood electric vehicles" on most city streets. The measure approved 6-to-0 Monday restricts the vehicles to streets where the speed limit is 35 miles per hour or slower.
