Your Health: Bringing Lunges into your Workout

It's Monday and time for our Your Health segment. This week, we focused on a more advanced exercise to bring into your workouts: lunges.

Jon Sweson, a personal trainer with Franck's Gym, walked us through the exercise. He says it's important to warm up first before you begin doing lunges.
