World Trade Center Rebuilding Costs Continue to Rise
The cost of rebuilding the World Trade Center has ballooned by nearly four billion dollars over the last four years.
The company that owns the site has lost millions of dollars in revenue because of traffic at its ports, airports and river crossings.
The New York governor and New Jersey governor have ordered a review.
The company laying steel for the main trade center tower has also run into financial problems.
