MADISON, Wis. (AP) -- Authorities have released the name of a worker crushed to death by heavy equipment being removed from a truck in Madison.
The Dane County medical examiner's office identifies him as 45-year-old Terry Hudzinski of Middleton.
The medical examiner says Hudzinski died of injuries suffered in a workplace accident.
Police reports say Hudzinski was struck in the head Thursday by an 800-pound hydraulic press being removed from a truck.
Officials say Hudzinski was not breathing when an emergency crew arrived.
The Wisconsin State Journal reports police, the Occupational Safety and Health Administration, and the medical examiner's office are investigating.
