Public safety officers from six Wood County Departments will make sure 26 area families have a Merry Christmas and a warm meal.
Workers from the Town of Rome Fire/Rescue, Town of Rome Police, Nekoosa Fire, Nekoosa Ambulance, Nekoosa Police and Saratoga First Responders, will be purchasing food for a complete Christmas dinner for twenty-six families, totaling 106 people in the community.
The food will be delivered Friday evening to families.
