A 38-year-old Wabeno woman is now charged after she's accused of raping a 15-year-old. Carrie Hall is charged with two counts of 2nd degree sexual assault of a child. Hall told investigators she believed the alleged victim was 18-years-old.
The alleged victim told investigators he went to Hall's apartment on August 13 to listen to music but that's when she sexually assaulted him. The boy reportedly texted his mother, who contacted the sheriff's department.
The boy said Hall asked him if he loved her and if he wanted Hall to be his girlfriend. The boy told investigators he told Hall he was 16, but at the time was only 15-years-old.
Hall is free on bond and will return to court on September 17.
