MADISON, Wis. (AP) -- A historical mansion in southwestern Wisconsin is offering cooking enthusiasts a chance to whip up dishes that reflect the diversity of the site's servants.

The Villa Louis mansion in Prairie du Chien will hold a hands-on cooking workshop in the mansion's kitchen and preserve house on Saturday, Nov. 10.

A family-style dinner will follow. The menu will feature foods that reflect the servant staff's ethnic diversity. Participants also will get a tour of the estate.

Tickets are $45 per person.
