Winds To Blame for Cancellation of Marathon Park Fireworks
Winds are to blame for the cancellation of 4th of July fireworks at Marathon Park in Wausau, according to Wausau Police and the Jaycees.
The fireworks were scheduled to go on as planned until the winds picked up Wednesday night.
Organizers say there are no plans to reschedule the fireworks.
