More new jobs are coming to Wausau.
West Business Services will be hiring 180 more people at its Wausau office in the next three months.
According to the company, experience in healthcare, sales, or customer care can make applicant stand out, but young adults just starting out in their careers are also encouraged to apply. The new jobs will pay between $10 and $12 an hour and will include bonuses.
The Wausau Daily Herald quotes a company spokesman who says the hiring is needed after the Nebraska based company landed contracts with three new clients.
West Business Services is a call center that handles sales for other companies. It will run a two day job fair Wednesday and Thursday between 9 a.m. and 6 p.m. at its Wausau office at 1800 Westwood Center Boulevard on the city's west side.
Wausau's mayor and the head of the Chamber of Commerce will hold a news conference on the new jobs late Wednesday morning.
