Wausau Police: Stolen Truck Used to Cause Damage at Middle School

The Wausau Police Department is investigating a property damage case in which they believe a stolen truck was used to cause $2,200 of damage to the soccer fields at Horace Mann Middle School.

Around 8 a.m. Wednesday, police received a call of a person reporting a truck had been stolen from their driveway on Winton Street in Wausau sometime during the night.

Police believe the suspect or suspect used the truck to cause damage to the middle school's lawn.

The truck was recovered stuck in a field near Wausau East High School.
