The Wausau Police Department is investigating two stolen vehicle reports, including one which may be connected to a possible home burglary in Marathon County.
A 23-year-old woman reported her grey 1998 Mercury Grand Marquis LS stolen Thursday. It was parked on the 1200 block of LeMessurier Street in Wausau. The vehicle's license plate is: 773-UUC.
A lieutenant with the Marathon County Sheriff's Department says detectives are investigating whether it's connected to a home burglary that was reported early Thursday morning at a home on County Road Y in the Town of Bevent.
No other details have been released on the burglary.
A second vehicle was reported stolen from parking lot 6 at 4th Street and Washington Street Wednesday evening.
The owner of the vehicle was at the 400 block during a concert when his blue 2003 Mitsubishi Galant was stolen. It's license plate is: 227-TLT.
Police don't believe the thefts are related.
