Wausau Man Killed in North Dakota Crash ID'ed

The North Dakota Highway Patrol has identified the victim of a single vehicle crash as Timothy Stark, 58 of Wausau.

Highway Patrol said Stark failed to negotiate a curve, 10 miles south of Interstate 94, south of Fingal, North Dakota, around 3 a.m. Monday morning.

That location is about 60 miles west of Fargo.

Highway Patrol said the Stark died at the scene. He was not wearing a seat belt.
