The Wausau 525 snowmobile races are this weekend. This years marks the 9th running of the event.
All in dedication to Flip Merwin, who drove #525 and died 10 years ago after a crash at the 2003 Eagle River Snowmobile Derby.
The Wausau 525 is held annually to benefit local children with cancer and/or critical care needs as well as handing out local scholarships. Flip's dad, Ralph, couldn't be happier that the Wausau 525 continues to grow.
