The Wisconsin State Patrol released the names of the victims involved in a fatal accident.

Sara Dulmes, 28, of Westbend was the driver of the vehicle that was rear ended, and her passenger was an 8-year-old female. Her name will not be released because she's a juvenile.

Dulmes was not wearing her seat belt in the accident and died from her injuries.

The second vehicle was driven by Miguel Victor, 54, of Ripon. He was wearing a seat belt.

The Waupaca County Sheriff's Department says after a crash yesterday afternoon, one person has died from their injuries.

The crash occurred at 5:03 PM Friday, on US 10 westbound at CTH A near Waupaca.

A vehicle that was westbound on HWY 10 was rear ended by another vehicle. That vehicle that was rear ended lost control and rolled over. The driver was ejected, and was flown via Theda Star to Theda Clark in Neenah where she later died from her injuries. The passenger in that same vehicle was transported by ambulance, treated for their injuries, and released.

The second vehicle lost control and rolled over in the median, and the driver of that vehicle was treated for their injuries and released.

The Wisconsin State Patrol is still investigating the accident and doing a reconstruction of the scene. The names of the subjects are not being released at this time.
