The Portage County Sheriff's Department is asking for the public's help locating a suspected heroin dealer.
Winston Wilson, 31, is expected to be charged with 2nd-Degree Recklessly Endangering Safety and Delivery of Heroin after he allegedly sold the drug to man who overdosed and was transported to a hospital for medical treatment.
Sarah Szymanski, 24, is charged with the same counts. She's accused of buying the heroin and providing it to the man who overdosed. She's free on a $25,000 signature bond and will return to court February 3.
Wilson is described at 6'2'', 170 lbs. He has black hair and brown eyes. Wilson has several tattoos including “Outlaw” on his abdomen, a woman with a gun on his upper back, a skull and crossbones on his upper back, a spider web on his lower left arm, and “$” on his lower right arm, “RIP Big Momma” on his lower right arm and “$” on his chest.
