MADISON, Wis. (AP) -- Gov. Scott Walker plans to deliver his fourth State of the State address on Wednesday, Jan. 22.
Senate President Mike Ellis announced that Walker had requested to speak to a joint meeting of the Legislature at 7 p.m. that night.
The address gives Walker a chance to outline his agenda for 2014 and serve as a springboard for his re-election campaign.
Walker is being challenged for re-election by Democrat Mary Burke, a former Trek Bicycle Corp. executive and state Commerce secretary.
