According to police, one of the children was treated and released at Howard Young Medical center, two were treated and released at St. Joseph's in Marshfield, and one child remains at St. Joseph's with a broken neck. An adult female passenger was also in the vehicle at the time of the crash. Her injuries are unknown.
Allen is expected to be charged with five counts of 1st degree recklessly endangering safety, two counts of intoxicated use of vehicle, and causing injury while under the influence.
Allen was ordered to not have any contact with the victims. The relationship between he and victims was not released.
He'll return to court July 12 to learn if his case will head to trial.
