An online program can help you find out the status of a criminal at any hour of the day.
Vinelink is a national program that's available in almost every county in Wisconsin. It's free and once you register, it will alert you when the criminal is out of prison.
"It's free and if you're concerned or if you're a victim, I don't know why you wouldn't use it," says Kaye Juel, Oneida County jail administrator. She says it's beneficial especially for victims who want to know when a criminal is back in their community.
The program has been available in most counties in the state for two years. Visit for more information.
