GOODVIEW, Minn. (AP) -- A missing 5-year-old Arcadia girl was pronounced dead after she was found in a Winona County lake.
Goodview Police say emergency responders were called to La Canne Park shortly before 7 p.m. Monday on a report of a missing child. Police Chief Kent Russell says the girl was found in Lake Goodview and was unresponsive when pulled from the water.
Goodview is 115 southeast of Minneapolis, Minnesota.
KAGE radio says the child was pronounced dead at Winona Health.
